2. Email teamhigrade@gmail.com with all the necessary info for your project and any creative input you may have. Attach your logo as well. Preferebly a vector or png file with no background. If you do not have either of these file types for your logo it will probably be best if you get your logo designed or re-designed by us first (click here).

3. You will receive an email with 1 sample video within 48 hours of payment.

4. Respond with your feedback. Let us know what you like or dislike, what you would like to change, add, or remove. Any additional changes or edits will be sent within 24 hours free of charge. We will do as much edits as you need until you are satisfied with a final design.
